JUDr. David Rác graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. He also passed the state (bar) examination in the field of Commercial Law at the same faculty and obtained the degree of Doctor of Laws (Law Degree). Already while a university student, he completed his legal practice in the judiciary, where he focused on the law of promissory notes.

After graduation, he worked as a law (legal) clerk for JUDr. Prokop Beneš, where he gained hands-on experience especially in the field of litigation, criminal defence and civil liability.
He has been an independent attorney since successfully passing the bar exam.
